Sweet Potato Sautéed with Butter in a Frying Pan

(Ingredients for two servings)
1 sweet potato from Kagoshima Pref., 20 g of butter, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and a small amount of sesame seeds
Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces and leave in water in a bowl for about one minute.
Heat a frying pan and put butter in it. Wipe water off the sweet potato pieces and sauté in the pan.
When the sweet potato pieces are cooked, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar and a small amount of sesame seeds to coat all surfaces.
Serve on a plate.
