Beef-Wrapped Rice Ball

- (Ingredients for four rice balls)
4 slices of Kagoshima Wagyu beef loin, a suitable amount of cooked rice, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of mirin (sweet cooking rice wine), 1 tablespoon of oil, and a suitable amount of sesame seeds - Take a handful cooked rice, roll it between the hands to make a rice ball. Wrap each rice ball with a slice of Kagoshima Wagyu beef.
- Put oil in a frying pan and roll the rice balls in (2) in the pan until the wrapped beef is seared completely.
- Sprinkle sugar into the frying pan, pour the mixture of soy sauce and mirin into it and heat so that the sauce coats all surfaces of the beef-wrapped rice balls.
- Serve the rice balls on a plate, pour the sauce over them, and sprinkle sesame seeds as a finish.
