Yellowtail
As the production of Kagoshima yellowtail is controlled from the raising of juvenile fish to shipment, they can be stably shipped throughout the year. Kagoshima yellowtail fish are shipped to many overseas countries, mainly to North America, and popular in those countries. The fish are rich in EPA and DHA.

Yellow Tail Teriyaki
Sprinkle the salt lightly over the yellow fillets from Kagoshima and leave them for about 10 minutes. Wipe off any water that comes out.
Pour a small amount of oil in a frying pan and cook the yellow tail fillets in it. When the fillets on both sides become lightly brown, sprinkle sugar into the pan and pour the mixture of soy sauce and mirin into it. Cook the fillets until the sauce thickens a little.
